Is anyone good with IRC?

I need some help. It worked fine before, but now when I try to connect I don't connect to actual channel.
I'm not sure how to describe it. If anything, I know I'm not on the right server (I think) since my nick doesn't exist despite me registering it

I think it might have to do with this

Something that used to not appear has.. appeared..

I've got the exact same problem.
Every channel on irchighway is pretty much inaccessible now

What client are you using and what are your connection settings?  Have you tried mibbit?

from(Global)   The connection issue some asian/australian/new zealand users have been seeing where you get connected to a server that appears to be netsplit should be resolved.
