Oh right I heard about this Government approval something thingie. It feels natural to me, that's one of the few mangas where the plot don't beat around the bush( is that the correct expression...?) and is explicitly about making a guy get a stable harem and make kids.

I.E.  It passed whatever BS burecracy law thingy so its not an issue for this series.

  So... They're saying this is good for... youth developement? Makes me rethink what geeks do when no one's looking. Oh well, government approved ecchi proves someone in there reeeally likes it.
